Utility room with washer and dryer with access to the beach via the lane. First Floor – 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Panelled bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit and illuminated steam-free mirror and towel rail. Second Floor – Open plan kitchen/living room with dining table. The table can be slotted away into the shelving to create more space. Smart TV on the wall. Direct access to beach from utility room door.
