La Manga

To escape the weather in Marbella we headed North for a few days at the La Manga Club near Murcia. You can stay in the hotel or in the Las Lomas Apartments. The apartments are perhaps a little dated in decor but are clean. All other aspects of the complex are excellent. The Spa has everything you need whether a top athlete or just looking to relax. All the staff are efficient and very helpful from check-in at the apartments to the Caddy master and the serving staff in the clubhouse. There are three courses at La Manga North, South and West. We played the North and South. Both are very good but the South is more attractive. Best value is to stay and play. Local restaurants off site are within a 5-minute drive.
